HR Consultant Role at HR:4UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Consultancy with a Hands-On Approach: Serve as a key advisor on a wide range of HR issues including employment law, HR policies, and employee relations best practices. You will be directly involved in the operational aspects of HR management, offering both strategic advice and hands-on support in complex cases.
  • Investigations, Disciplinary, and Grievance Hearings: Lead workplace investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes, ensuring fairness, compliance with employment law, and the preservation of a positive work environment.
  • Training Program Development and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of training programs tailored to the needs of our clients. This includes leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training, among others.
  • Policy Development in Response to Changing Employment Law: Act as HR:4UK’s authority on UK employment law, monitoring and interpreting legislative changes. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance and strategic alignment with these changes.
  • Advisory and Support Role: Provide ongoing support and advice to our consultancy team and clients on the practical application of new laws and policies, assisting in the transition and leveraging legal changes for organisational improvement.
  • Collaboration on Business Strategy and Management of KPIs: Work closely with senior management to align HR consultancy strategies with business objectives and manage key performance indicators for the team.

We are seeking a visionary Business Partner to join our dynamic team.  With a commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth, we are on a quest to expand our horizons and enhance our market presence. As a Business Partner within HR:4UK, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and define your role. This position is designed for a self-starter, someone who is visionary and capable of identifying new opportunities for growth and efficiency. You will be working closely with our leadership team to strategise, implement, and drive forward initiatives that align with our company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Management – You will support the HR Advisor team, assisting with queries and being the escalation point for complex ER casework, ensuring positive outcomes.

Account Management and Business Development – Managing client relationships, partnering closely with key contacts to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.

Internal HR – Leading the HR function for the business headcount of 15ppl including quarterly reviews, one to ones and general people management. You will also manage any business change, organisational development and business acquisitions.

Business Management – setting and orchestrating the business strategic plan to achieve key objectives supporting the staff to achieve this. Ensure all marketing content is within legal guidelines.

Person Specification for Business Partner Role

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or strategic role within a business setting. Experience in our industry is preferred but not essential.
