HR4UK HMRC Payroll Pensions Housekeeping Reminder_270121

Start 2021 off on the right foot and get your business in order with some essential housekeeping.

One important but often overlooked task, is to make sure that the nominated contact information, held by the list of key organisations below, is correct and up to date. It can be very easy to quickly check these online and we would advise that if any changes are made these are updated promptly.

List of Key Organisations

Payroll & Pensions

HR:4UK have already contacted our payroll and pensions clients asking them to check their contact details with us, but for those businesses who don’t use our payroll and pensions service, it is very important to contact your own provider to make them aware of any changes to your nominated contact details, and ensure that they hold your correct email and address, especially if you have chosen to be the only point of contact.

Pension Regulator

Your business may have changed as a result of Covid-19 but your automatic enrolment duties haven’t. If you are unsure whether the Pension Regulator has your correct contact details, please click here to review your details now.

You will need your PAYE Reference Number and also your Accounts Reference Number, or Letter Code, both of which can be found on any paperwork they send out to you.

Don’t Miss Deadlines Or Risk Penalties

If the contact details held on file by these key organisations are not updated you could miss vital information regarding automatic enrolment, putting yourself at risk of missing deadlines, being non-compliant, and potentially even receiving a fine.
