HR:4UK have already contacted our payroll and pensions clients asking them to check their contact details with us, but for those businesses who don’t use our payroll and pensions service, it is very important to contact your own provider to make them aware of any changes to your nominated contact details, and ensure that they hold your correct email and address, especially if you have chosen to be the only point of contact.

Your business may have changed as a result of Covid-19 but your automatic enrolment duties haven’t. If you are unsure whether the Pension Regulator has your correct contact details, please review your details now.

You will need your PAYE Reference Number and also your Accounts Reference Number, or Letter Code, both of which can be found on any paperwork they send out to you.
