Important Changes Are On the Horizon
The Employment Rights Bill has finally become law, receiving Royal Assent on 18th December and becoming the new Employment Rights Act. For employers, it represents one of the most significant shifts in employment law in years, impacting policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations.
At HR:4UK, we continue to work behind the scenes to track how and when the various amendments will be implemented, because while the Act is now in force, many of its changes will have a phased implementation across 2026 and 2027. Our mission as always is to ensure you can stay focused on running your business while we help you navigate these changes smoothly.
